In order to meet your requirements, we have been continually expanding our data centre in Coburg and we have created one of the most up-to-date IT installations in Germany.

People and technology working for you: a team of specialists looks after your systems and applications around the clock. With the consistent application of tested standards and complete electronic monitoring of all installations, our data centre has the competence and capacity that you would normally only find in big groups. In an area of about 700 m² we have created computer rooms that conform to the audit regulations of German and international credit institutions and those of the Federal Supervisory Board for Financial Services. Backup electricity supply and cable connections, air conditioning as well as UPS equipment and diesel-driven emergency generators provide a technically solid foundation.

Security, security, security
Passwords, protocols and firewalls only really make sense if physical access to your systems is also secured. For this reason physical security for computers and premises is just as much a first priority in the implementation of our services offered. In concrete terms this means

• Restricted access to computer rooms and other premises
• Storage of data and systems in a protected area of the building with access limited to authorised employees only as well as access protocols and video monitoring
• Protection of your data with air conditioning technology, UPS including diesel-driven emergency generators and fire detection and extinguishing equipment – combined with an alarm system for the fire brigade, security service and ELAXY employees.
