Whilst for some companies it is sufficient to outsource the IT for specific systems to a computer centre that is secure against breakdown, others insist on „complete outsourcing" in order to be able to concentrate on their core business. It doesn’t matter which task it is: ELAXY IT Services is a service provision concept that is convincing with its individuality, flexibility and reliability and which can be rapidly adapted to changing requirements.

After a joint analysis of requirements, a service provision concept will be developed for each IT environment that consists of a modular combination of our IT services. Behind each of these modules is a clearly defined service level supported by a service level agreement. Every service provided is precisely defined here both qualitatively and quantitatively and is constantly measured against this. You of course receive regular reports.
