Gunther Gätjen, Managing Director of ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, ELAXY Format GmbH and ELAXY GmbH
After commercial training and studying business administration, Gunther Gätjen commenced his career in 1983 at LVM Versicherungen, Münster in the Data Processing Organisation. In 1987 he moved to WGZ Bank, Münster/Düsseldorf, where, as Group Manager in the organisational area, he realised numerous IT solutions for bank controlling as well as for the trade and transaction areas. In 1994 he was granted Bankprokura (bank procuration). In 1996 he joined GAD eG and was responsible, in the Data Processing Development, for the build-up of IT solutions in the whole securities business of the Volks and Raiffeisenbanks . As Project and Programme Manager he has managed various large projects since 1999. This included Internet Brokerage, BB3 Securities, VR Control and bank21. At the beginning of 2005 he moved to Management Board Support and dealt with various strategic problems. He was significantly involved in the takeover of the ELAXY Group by GAD. In June 2006 Gätjen was appointed Managing Director of the ELAXY Group.

Martin Kinting, Managing Director of ELAXY Format GmbH
After completing his studies of Business Administration at the University of Bielefeld and the Technical University of Aachen, Martin Kinting passed his first and second state examination to become a teacher, majoring in economics and taxation. In 1996 he joined NSE Software Vertrieb GmbH, Munich as a consultant. Later he was the manager of Banking and Sparkasse (trustee savings bank) Consulting and, as a result of his activities, he was also responsible for the Banking Pre-Sales sector. Martin Kinting moved in 2001 to ALLDATA Systems GmbH, Düsseldorf, and was employed in the Banking operational sector as well as account manager and he was also responsible for Marketing. At the beginning of 2004 he took over the marketing management of the banking market segment. In September 2005 Mr. Kinting was employed as managing director of ELAXY Format GmbH.

Robert Müller, Managing Director of ELAXY Business Solution & Services GmbH & Co. KG and ELAXY GmbH
The qualified banker initially managed several branches of Kronach Sparkasse (trustee savings bank) after his training. In 1985 he moved as deputy branch manager to the Max Flessa banking institute. After further education he received his Bachelor of Banking Business Management and worked in the trustee savings bank sector as an assets advisor for wealthy private clients. In July 1993 Robert Müller joined GISMA (Gesellschaft für innovative Softwaremodule und Applikationen) mbH, Coburg , an ex-sister company of ELAXY, as managing director. In 1998 he was a co-founder of what is today ELAXY Business Solution & Services GmbH & Co. KG and since mid-2001 has been a part of the management of the company. In February 2007 Müller was appointed as managing director.

Markus Schäferhoff, Managing Director of ELAXY Business Solution & Services GmbH & Co. KG
Markus Schäferhoff studied business mathematics at the University of Bayreuth . In 1996 he joined GISMA (Gesellschaft für innovative Softwaremodule und Applikationen) mbH, Coburg , an ex-sister company of ELAXY as a databank developer and he supported the development of the Portfolio Management System RPMS. In the course of his employment he took on managerial tasks in the Product Development and Account Management sectors. In July 2000 he became Development Manager of ELAXY Business Solution & Services GmbH & Co. KG and was responsible for this sector as of mid-2001, including as a member of the management of the company. Schäferhoff was appointed managing director in February 2007.

Miriam Sowa, Managing Director of ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions GmbH & Co. KG
After completing her education as a qualified banker, Miriam Sowa’s responsibilities during her tenure of almost ten years at Deutsche Bank included major accounts in the field of electronic cash management. In 2000 she moved to Fujitsu Siemens Computers, where she assumed sales for savings bank and credit unions in North Rhine Westphalia. In 2003 she was given overall strategic responsibility for the "Genossenschaftliche FinanzVerbund", the cooperative financial network. In March 2007 she came to ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions as Sales Manager and was appointed in February 2008 as managing director of ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions.
